Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on technique that works directly with your nervous system — the control centre of your entire body.

It helps release layers of stored stress and tension that may be showing up as symptoms like fatigue, pain, anxiety, overwhelm, or chronic illness. These symptoms are often signals — not mistakes — pointing to underlying spinal blockages created by stress.

Rather than chasing symptoms, Spinal Flow works to restore ease and flow in the body, supporting your system to shift out of survival mode and into healing.

By creating more safety, connection, and regulation within the spine and nervous system, Spinal Flow taps into your body’s innate intelligence — the part that already knows how to heal.

It’s not about “fixing” you.
It’s about reminding your body what it’s truly capable of.

Your first session is a one-hour initial consultation where we’ll:

  • Talk through your health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle
  • Identify the stress patterns in your spine and nervous system
  • Begin your first gentle Spinal Flow session

You’ll lie fully clothed on the table, and I’ll use specific access points along your spine to cue your nervous system.

Many people leave their first session feeling calmer, clearer, lighter — but every body is different. It’s the start of your healing journey, not a one-off fix.

Yes,  spinal flow is gentle, non-invasive, and safe for all ages and life stages.
It’s suitable for babies, children, pregnant women, older adults as well as those navigating chronic illness, injury, trauma, or high stress.

Sessions are always tailored to your body and your capacity on the day.

Yes — healing happens through consistency and gentle repetition.
Just like building strength at the gym or learning a new skill, your nervous system needs regular support to shift long-term patterns of stress and create lasting, embodied change.

Your body isn’t broken — it’s overloaded, and it’s doing its best to adapt. Spinal Flow helps it unwind, rewire, and remember what ease feels like.

That’s why I offer flexible membership options — to meet you where you’re at, and give your nervous system the ongoing care it deserves.
After your first session, I’ll recommend a membership option that suits your current needs and goals.
